1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
A return or exchange request will be accepted only if:

There is a genuine manufacturing defect, supported by photo/video proof
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

❌ Unsold stock or over-purchased items
❌ Products with minor outer packaging dents that do not affect product functionality
❌ Custom, made-to-order, or clearance sale items

4. Pickup & Logistics

If the issue is due to our mistake, we will arrange pickup or reimburse courier charges.

5. Exchange / Replacement Timeline
Once the returned product is inspected and verified:

Replacement will be dispatched (subject to stock availability), OR

Credit note/refund will be issued within 7-10 business days, depending on agreement
6. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched or processed.
